If enquiring about an order it will help us if you can provide your name, address, phone number, date and the item(s) ordered, along with the e-mail address if sent online, particularly if you have several.

Acceptance of order

Your acceptance of these sale terms, by purchasing items online, represents an offer of contract from you and will become binding on acceptance by us. Acceptance will be on receipt by you of an e-mail, sent by us, or of the goods dispatched by us. Any errors or omissions in any prices, despatch note, invoice or other documentation of any information issued by us via our website from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. All purchases must be paid for in full before delivery. Contemporary Silver (trading as ContemporarySilver.com) will continue to own, and reserve the right to process or repossess, any and orders or goods sold from its website until payment has been received and cleared in full. All prices quoted are for new products and are priced in pounds sterling.

Contemporarysilver accepts checks denominated in UK Pounds Sterling as payment for all orders. Checks must be drawn on a UK bank.

Pricing

Listed selling prices include Value Added Tax at the U.K standard rate, currently 17.5%.

Delivery

We aim to process your order within 7 working days of the clearance of payment. Out of Stock items are made to order and can take up to four weeks to for delivery. We do not deliver to 3rd Parties or to Nigeria.

Returns:

All returns are subject to approval by Contemporarysilver.com. Contemporarysilver.com is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. Contemporarysilver.com only accepts returns if the said merchandise has manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer. Exchanges only apply to instock items up to the value of the item purchased. If you want to exchange the item for one of greater value the difference must be paid

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

No merchandise may be returned without obtaining Authorization from Contemporarysilver.com. You must obtain Authorization within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain Authorization please call +44 01226 212049 or email us at tuthmosis666@hotmail.com.

Once you receive Authorization returns must be made within 14 days. All return packages must have the word RETURNS clearly marked on the shipping label.

Returning Your Order...
www.contemporarysilver.com requires that you take special precautions in shipment.

You will need to put the jewellery inside the original box, only if your jewellery came with one.

Place it inside a shipping box, and cover the box with mailing tape.

Ship the item by registered mail, fully insured for the value of the item. You are responsible for all insurance and shipping cost back to us.

We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.
